Shipping is free on all orders with the exceptions of Rooftop Tents and LTL freight items to customers within the United States. All items ship from the supplier warehouse in the United States.
We keep our shipping policy simple and transparent.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This means your order was received and your payment method was pre authorized.
We then verify stock availability.

If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you to discuss options.

To protect your security, we may contact you by phone to confirm your purchase. Please allow up to 24 hours for this verification step.
Order Shipment:
If your items are in stock and confirmed:

Orders typically begin processing within 1–2 business days.

Most items leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days after processing.

Transit times vary by carrier and distance.

Please allow up to 1.5 weeks for delivery after your order ships.
Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Damages:
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
For large or freight shipments:
Please inspect the packaging at delivery before signing.
If there is visible damage:

Do not sign the delivery as “clean.”

Ask the driver to note the damage and provide a reference or case number.

Take clear photos of the packaging, damage, and shipping label.

Once freight is signed for without noted damage, carriers may deny claims.
