What Happens If My Order Arrives Damaged?
We stand behind the quality of every item we ship. If your product arrives damaged during transit, we’ll assist in resolving the issue quickly — but there are a few important steps to follow.
Damage Claims – What to Do:

Inspect your package immediately upon delivery, especially for large items shipped by freight.

- Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
2. If you notice any visible damage:

- Do not sign for it as “clean”

Ask the delivery driver to note the damage on the paperwork and get a reference number
3. Take clear photos of the box, damage, and shipping label

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible products, starting from the date your order is delivered.
If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help make the process as easy as possible.
How to Start a Return
If you’d like to return an item for any reason within 30 days, just email us at info@mobibound.com with your order number. Please have your receipt too.
We’ll reply with clear instructions and help you begin the return process.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:

Items must be in “Like New” condition, meaning no visible signs of wear, use, or damage

All original packaging, parts, accessories, and paperwork must be included

Returns must be authorized before you send anything back

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Once your return arrives at the warehouse and passes inspection, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund.
Items returned with wear, missing components, or damage from use will not be eligible for a refund.
**if you are shipping an item over $75, we advise to consider tracking with your shipment or insurance.**
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged:
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

We’ll handle the return and replacement at no cost to you, as long as it’s reported within the required timeframe and shipping damage is clearly documented.
Items damaged after use are not eligible for return unless covered under the product’s warranty.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order:

Contact us before the item ships for a full refund

If the order has already shipped, it will fall under our 30-day return policy and return shipping fees will apply
Additional Return Notes
- For completed returns, Please allow 10 business days for your refund.

Mobibound does not accept returns for items purchased for temporary or one-time use, such as trade shows, short-term events, or rentals
- Replacements are offered only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
